About Luciana (Lu)

My journey in the pet industry started in November 2022. After 20 yrs of work in the Work Health and Safety Industry, Yuna (my groodle) reconnected me with my passion for dogs giving me a new purpose in life and a brand new career to pursue. In February 2023, I took a leap of faith and opened a home based grooming salon where I could provide high quality services, in a nurturing environment with kind and compassionate care. I also bring a strong WHS background to my practices. So your dog's health and safety are my first and foremost priority besides making them irresistibly cute!  

 

 I hold CERT III in Animal Care Services and Pet Grooming by Heiniger Academy and I'm currently undertaking a Pet Aesthetician Certification by Iv San Bernard Australia. I continue to invest in my professional development attending regular seminars, workshops as well as grooming competitions throughout the year.
